Bit Digital's subsidiary WhiteFiber raised $159.4 million in its US IPO, valued at $619 million.

WhiteFiber Inc., an AI infrastructure company, provides high-performance computing data centers and cloud-based GPU services, serving AI and machine learning developers. Following its IPO, Bit Digital will hold approximately 77.6% of the company's shares under the ticker symbol WYFI.
