The US SEC and Ripple have concluded their legal dispute: both parties have dropped their appeals, and the ruling on XRP remains unchanged.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Ripple Labs’ lawyers have jointly agreed to withdraw their appeal from the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. The joint motion for dismissal, filed Thursday, states that each side will bear its own costs.
