CleanSpark faces $185 million in tariffs on Bitcoin mining machine imports from China

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) accused CleanSpark of importing some of the Bitcoin mining machines between April and June 2024 as being made in China, and demanded that it collect punitive tariffs of up to $185 million.
