This is because the rebase path through the pre-authorization contract remains active, despite the relinquished ownership. The team proposed two solutions for the DAO vote: one is to negotiate with the original developer to disable the rebase path, and the other is to launch LEASH v2, which uses a new contract and completely removes the rebase function. The team has pledged to release a detailed proposal and an on-chain evidence package to ensure a transparent community decision.
