Ukraine offers $100 billion in U.S. weapons in exchange for security guarantees

Ukraine would commit to buying $100 billion worth of U.S. weapons with European funding, aiming to secure U.S. security guarantees after a peace deal with Russia. Under the proposals, Kyiv and Washington would also reach a $50 billion deal to produce drones with Ukrainian companies.
