Data: Over 90% of OKB originally on Ethereum has completed chain transfer

This OKB chain swap is part of OKX's implementation of the "Native Gas Token - OKB Economic Model Upgrade" announced on August 13th. OKB will operate across multiple chains in a new cross-chain model and serve as the native gas token for the X Layer.
