A nonprofit American Innovation Project, backed by Coinbase, Uniswap, and others, has launched to promote crypto policy education.

The American Innovation Project (AIP), a new nonprofit organization backed by Coinbase, Uniswap Labs, and others, officially launched on August 19th. Its mission is to educate U.S. policymakers on emerging technologies such as cryptocurrency and artificial intelligence. AIP plans to connect policymakers with industry experts through events like roundtables and workshops, translating complex technology trends into actionable insights. The project has received support from Kraken, Coinbase, the National Cryptocurrency Association, Paradigm, the Solana Policy Institute, and the Digital Currency Group (DCG), and has received $1 million in seed funding from the Cedar Innovation Fund and DCG.
