Cardone Capital purchased 130 Bitcoins for real estate investment

Grant Cardone, founder and CEO of Cardone Capital, revealed that Cardone Capital acquired 130 bitcoins after completing the refinancing of its Miami River project, raising equity to repay debt rather than purchasing interest rate caps. The interest rate on Fannie's debt has been locked in at 4.89%. This is the fourth time the firm has incorporated bitcoin into its real estate investments, with eight other related transactions currently in progress.
