Optimism and Flashbots partner to accelerate Superchain transactions

According to Optimism, a partnership with Flashbots will bring fast, configurable, and verifiable transaction ordering to Superchain. This technology, developed by the Ethereum Ordering Pipeline team, is designed to enhance the performance and customization capabilities of OP Stack chains. As of August 2025, Superchain accounts for over 60% of Ethereum's Layer 2 transaction activity. This partnership will enable builders on OP Stack chains to achieve lower latency, greater fairness, and programmability through innovative ordering technology, while reducing costs and accelerating time to market.
