IRS official Trish Turner resigns to become director of crypto tax firm

Trish Turner, head of the IRS’s cryptocurrency division, has resigned to join tax firm CTG. This follows the departure of three senior executives from the division ahead of new cryptocurrency tax regulations set to take effect in 2026.
