South Korea's Financial Services Commission: Plans to complete preparations for the second phase of virtual asset legislation before the regular National Assembly in September

Kim Byung-hwan, chairman of the Financial Services Commission (FSC), announced plans to complete preparations for the second phase of the virtual asset-related bill (the "Basic Law") before the regular National Assembly meeting in September. In response to a question from Democratic Party member Min Byung-deok about the bill's submission plan during the National Assembly's second political affairs committee meeting, Kim stated, "We will make preparations to ensure that the bill can be discussed during the regular National Assembly."
