Xinhuo Technology: Weng Xiaoqi appointed as executive director

Xinhuo Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. (1611.HK) announced that from August 26, 2025, Weng Xiaoqi has been appointed as executive director; Du Jun has been transferred from executive director to non-executive director; and Du Jun has resigned as chief executive officer and authorized representative, and Weng Xiaoqi has been appointed as chief executive officer and authorized representative.
