Google Cloud launches L1 blockchain GCUL, currently in private testnet stage

Google Cloud launched the L1 blockchain GCUL, which uses Python smart contracts to provide on-chain currency, capital markets and payment functions for finance, and plans to open it to Google's billions of users and hundreds of institutions.
