Boros raises ETH market cap and increases maximum leverage for BTC and ETH markets

Boros has increased the upper limit of ETH holdings to US$50 million, increased the leverage ratio of BTC and ETH to 3x, and adjusted the maintenance margin ratio to 66.7% to enhance trading flexibility.
