A-share listed company Gaoweida announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gaoweida Information Technology (Hong Kong) Limited, has subscribed to a 0.50% stake in Digital Asset Clearing Company Service Limited (DACS) for US$250,000, valuing the latter at approximately US$50 million, to explore opportunities in technology and industry sectors and promote collaboration on stablecoins and RWA systems. DACS is a leading digital asset clearing and settlement service provider, providing clearing services for digital currencies and digital securities, and building a trusted digital financial infrastructure. Its team boasts extensive experience in enterprise-grade custodial wallets, stablecoin issuance, blockchain, and RWA asset tokenization.
