CFTC: Non-US companies can apply to register as "foreign exchanges" to conduct business in the United States

The CFTC clarified its position: companies outside the United States can trade directly with U.S. customers after registering as overseas exchanges, providing crypto companies that have been forced to leave the United States with an opportunity to return to the U.S. market.
