Metaplanet's general meeting of shareholders passed three resolutions

Metaplanet shareholders approved three resolutions at the Extraordinary General Meeting: increasing the total number of authorized shares, allowing for the holding of virtual general meetings, and establishing new terms for perpetual preferred shares.
