Binance will stop adjusting commission rates based on BNB holdings next week

At that time, the higher commission rates currently enjoyed by users holding 500 BNB or more (40% for spot trading and 20% for futures trading) will be phased out. All commission rates will instead be adjusted based on user referral activity and performance.
