Venus Protocol's core pool, Comptroller, on the BNB blockchain was updated to a malicious contract address, resulting in the transfer of approximately $27 million in assets (including vUSDC, vETH, etc.). The stolen funds are currently held in the attacker's contract and have not yet been redeemed.
