Ether Machine secures $654 million in private Ethereum funding, led by Jeffrey Berns

The company secured 150,000 ether (approximately $654 million) through a private placement, which was invested by long-time supporter Jeffrey Berns and will be transferred to the company’s wallet this week. Berns will join the board of directors.
