Paradigm Reth client vulnerability causes some Ethereum nodes to be interrupted

A vulnerability in the Ethereum client Reth caused node outages, affecting versions 1.6.0 and 1.4.8. Paradigm has issued recovery instructions, and the root cause is still under investigation.
