Paxos: Submitted a proposal to support USDH stablecoin and allocate proceeds to HYPE token repurchase

The Paxos proposal supports the HyperLiquid stablecoin USDH. 95% of the reserve interest will be used to repurchase HYPE tokens and distribute them to users. Paxos Labs leads the program and acquires Molecular Labs.
