The US OCC plans to remove the "reputational risk" clause to curb the "de-banking" behavior of banks

The U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) announced that it will revise its regulatory rules to remove the term "reputational risk" and require nine large regulated banks to disclose their "de-banking" operations.
