Bitcoin ATM operator Athena Bitcoin is being sued by the US court for high fees and neglecting elderly fraud.

U.S. Attorney Brian L. Schwalb of the District of Columbia filed a lawsuit against Bitcoin ATM operator Athena Bitcoin, alleging that it failed to disclose fees as high as 26% and ignored scams targeting elderly users.
