Metaplanet will issue 385 million additional shares to raise approximately 2.13 trillion yen to purchase Bitcoin

Of the proceeds, approximately 1.84 trillion yen will be used to purchase Bitcoin, and approximately 20.4 billion yen will be used for Bitcoin-generating businesses. Upon completion of the offering, the company's total share capital will increase to 1.141 billion shares.
