Kiln exits all ETH validation nodes in an orderly manner due to SwissBorg-related incidents

The staking infrastructure Kiln announced that it has started the withdrawal of all Ethereum validators, which is expected to take 10-42 days, and withdrawals will take up to another 9 days; rewards will still be calculated during the withdrawal period, and the dashboard, widget and API will be suspended to strengthen the infrastructure.
