SEC and Gemini reach "in-principle settlement" in Gemini Earn lawsuit

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has reached a “resolution in principle” with Gemini Exchange after the agency accused the crypto exchange of failing to comply with regulations when launching a crypto lending program.
