Boyaa Interactive spent approximately HK$219 million this week to purchase a total of approximately 245 bitcoins.

Boyaa Interactive (00434) announced that between September 15 and September 16, 2025, the Group conducted a series of transactions on the open market, purchasing a total of approximately 245 bitcoins for a total consideration of approximately HK$219 million (equivalent to approximately US$28.16 million). Following the completion of these purchases, as of the date of this announcement, the Group holds approximately 3,925 bitcoins, at an average purchase cost of US$66,094 per bitcoin.
