Compound DAO rejects proposal to recover $13 million in tokens from Special Representative

The community of DeFi lending protocol Compound has rejected, by nearly 70% of votes, a proposal to recover $13 million in tokens that were distributed to DAO representatives in August 2024 through a "delegate race" program aimed at increasing governance participation.
