Grayscale files revised S-1 to convert Dogecoin Trust into an ETF, Arca proposes amendments to its Ethereum Trust

Grayscale has submitted an application to convert the Dogecoin Trust into an ETF. Coinbase will serve as the main broker and custodian. If approved, it will be traded on the NYSE Arca with the code GDOG.
