ECB's Stournaras: Inflation is likely to be close to 2% in 2028

ECB board member Stournaras said: Further interest rate cuts simply because of downside risks are unreasonable, and major changes are needed before action can be taken; the inflation rate is expected to be close to 2% in 2028, which is in a well-balanced state.
