UK and US establish task force to explore cooperation on digital asset regulation

To promote the development of the UK's financial services industry, the UK and the US have established a "Future Markets Task Force" to explore cooperation on capital markets and digital asset regulation. The official group was agreed to by UK Chancellor of the Exchequer Rachel Reeves and US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent following talks that took place ahead of US President Trump's state visit to the UK.
