Eurojust smashes European cryptocurrency fraud ring, involving over €100 million

European authorities have uncovered a cryptocurrency scam that defrauded more than 100 victims of at least 100 million euros ($118 million), the EU's judicial body, Eurojust, said on Tuesday. Police raided homes in Spain and other countries and arrested five suspects, including the mastermind.
