(NYSE: GPUS) announced that its Bitcoin reserves (including current holdings and funds allocated for commitments to purchase Bitcoin) totaled approximately $13.25 million, representing 39.4% of the Company's outstanding shares as of market close on September 22, 2025. The Company remains committed to accumulating Bitcoin equivalent to 100% of its public market capitalization as its overall Bitcoin reserve strategy progresses toward its $100 million target.
