Jiufang Investment Holdings subscribes to shares in EXIO Group Limited to accelerate its overseas digital asset business expansion

JF SmartTrade Holdings Limited announced that on September 23, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary, JF SmartTrade (BVI) Limited, entered into a share subscription agreement with EXIO Group Limited (EX.IO), pursuant to which JF SmartTrade agreed to subscribe for shares of EX.IO.
