The three major U.S. stock indexes all fell, with Nvidia down nearly 3% and Oracle down 4.3%.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average initially closed down 0.19%, the S&P 500 fell 0.55%, and the Nasdaq fell 0.95%. Nvidia (NVDA.O) fell nearly 3%, Oracle (ORCL.N) fell 4.3%, and TSMC (TSM.N) rose 3.7%.
