SEC and CFTC to jointly host regulatory coordination roundtable on September 29

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) announced a joint Regulatory Coordination Roundtable on September 29th in Washington, D.C. The agenda and guest list have been released. The meeting will focus on topics such as the history of SEC-CFTC collaboration, platform regulatory coordination, and market participant choice and costs. Guests include SEC Chairman Paul Atkins, Acting CFTC Chair Caroline Pham, Kraken co-founder Arjun Sethi, and Nasdaq CEO Adena Friedman.
