Fed Governor Milan: We can cut interest rates by 50 basis points in a short period of time

Fed Governor Milan said the Fed risks damaging the economy if it doesn't quickly lower interest rates. He believes the Fed's current policy rate, between 4% and 4.25%, is highly restrictive and well above his estimate of the so-called "neutral" level.
