South Korean media: Upbit operator Dunamu chairman expected to become Naver's largest shareholder

The "significant transaction" between Naver Financial, a subsidiary of South Korean search engine giant Naver, and Dunamu, operator of Upbit, is seen as a step towards Naver simultaneously transforming its core business and governance structure.
