Visa pilots stablecoin pre-loads for cross-border real-time payments

Visa is piloting a stablecoin pre-funding program through Visa Direct. Businesses can pre-fund their accounts with stablecoins, which Visa will treat as a "bank deposit," allowing them to make instant cross-border payments without having to deposit large amounts of fiat currency upfront.
