China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Ministry of Finance: Significantly increase whistleblower reward standards

The reward amount has been increased from 1% of the fines and confiscations collected in the case to 3%. The maximum reward has also been raised from 100,000 yuan to 500,000 yuan. For cases involving particularly large amounts of money, or where the whistleblower is an insider, the maximum reward per case will be increased from 300,000 yuan or 600,000 yuan to a unified 1 million yuan.
