This trend, known as the "depreciation trade," has the billionaire seeking assets that are safer than the US dollar, a trend that has him extremely concerned. Ken Griffin added: "We are seeing a significant rise in the prices of assets other than the US dollar, and investors are looking for effective ways to de-dollarize or reduce their portfolio exposure to US sovereign risk."
