Binance Futures will support UTF-8 encoding for data exchanged with its API

Binance announced that starting October 9, 2025, at 7:00 PM (UTC), Binance Futures will support UTF-8 encoding for all API data exchanged, including all API pushes. API users are advised to update their configuration to avoid trading interruptions.
