Publicly listed company Rezolve Ai announces acquisition of blockchain data platform Subsquid

Nasdaq-listed company Rezolve Ai announced that it has acquired blockchain data platform Subsquid for an undisclosed sum. The company will also purchase SQD tokens and will rebrand in due course after obtaining regulatory and exchange approvals. SQD tokens will be added to the Rezolve Ai treasury annually.
