The Hong Kong Police Force officially established the Virtual Asset Intelligence Task Force (VAIT)

The Cybersecurity and Technology Crime Bureau of the Hong Kong Police Force held the Web3 Intelligence and Law Enforcement Summit today and officially launched the Virtual Asset Intelligence Task Force (VAIT). Led by the Hong Kong Police Force, VAIT collaborates with law enforcement agencies, financial regulators, and licensed virtual asset service providers. Its mission is to enhance the detection and prevention of virtual asset-related crimes and cybersecurity threats through intelligence sharing and collaboration.
