US platform Blue Ocean reveals it is focusing on blockchain-based stock issuance

Blue Ocean, an over-the-counter trading platform that supports overnight trading in U.S. stocks, said on Friday it is working on blockchain-based stock issuance, becoming the latest trading venue to make a big bet on tokenization.
