Grayscale Files SEC Form 10 for TAO Trust

Grayscale has filed Form 10 for the Grayscale Bittensor Trust (TAO), taking the first step toward becoming an SEC-reporting company. This move will increase transparency, shorten the private placement holding period to six months, and bring it one step closer to becoming an ETP.
