The proposal involves Proph3t, on behalf of MetaDAO, selling up to 2 million newly minted META tokens at market price or a premium. Proph3t will have 30 days to complete the sale, with USDC proceeds deposited into the MetaDAO treasury and any unsold META tokens destroyed. All transactions, including counterparties, transaction size, and transaction price, will be publicly disclosed within 24 hours.
