Bitcoin miner Bitfarms increases the size of its convertible senior notes offering to $500 million

Bitcoin mining company Bitfarms Ltd. (BITF) announced that it has priced its offering of $500 million in principal amount of 1.375% convertible senior notes due 2031. Bitfarms has also granted the initial purchasers of the convertible notes an option to purchase up to an additional $88 million in principal amount of the notes within 13 days of, and including, the initial issuance date. The offering size has been increased from the previously announced $300 million. The offering is expected to close on or about October 21, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
