French regulators are stepping up scrutiny of crypto platforms' anti-money laundering efforts, with Binance being asked to strengthen its compliance.

The French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) is conducting anti-money laundering/counter-terrorist financing compliance checks on dozens of crypto service providers registered as PSANs, covering more than one hundred entities.
